Polystyrene EPS 70 is described as a lightweight, rigid and durable cell board. Its uses include insulation, below floor screed, below concrete slabs, and postage and packaging. Sheets are stocked in various sizes and thicknesses.

That is a different board from a layer pad. The pad is single wall corrugated, about 2.5 mm, B flute 125K/T.
